Kelly Fragassi
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Kelly was appointed Executive Director in 2022. She is known to lead by example, volunteering and participating in the events that she coordinates. Her commitment to working hard in collaboration with her team will lead the Volunteer Center of Racine County into a bright future.

She holds both her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Business Administration from National Louis University Chicago, IL.

Her dynamic background includes leadership roles in Finance, Procurement, and Operations Management.

A Chicago native, Kelly has resided in Wisconsin since 2017 and enjoys raising her daughter, Alana, to have the same passion for volunteerism as she.

Kelly is inspired by her coworkers’ dedication to enhancing the well-being of the community. Her notable sense of compassion for those she serves.
Jennifer Chap
PROGRAM DIRECTOR, MY RIDE TRANSPORTATION

Senior Transportation Manager for the MyRIDE program. Schedules rides for seniors and Coordinates with volunteers’ availability to take seniors to their appointments. Jenni works to recruit new drivers in Racine County.

Associate’s Degree in Human Services from Gateway Technical College. BA in Science from UW-Parkside

Jenni has worked with the public her entire career. She has worked at the Volunteer Center since 2014.

Jenni has a son and enjoys shopping, caring for her cats, working in her yard and watching tennis.

Jenni enjoys talking with seniors every day and building relationships with the riders. She is inspired by those conversations and helping seniors stay healthy in our community.
Sarah Webb
PROGRAM DIRECTOR, YOUTH VOLUNTEER COPS

Joined the Volunteer Center as the Youth Volunteer Corps leader in 2020. Very excited to be working with the Volunteer Center of Racine and working with youth in the community.

Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice through Gateway Technical College.
Associate’s Degree in Meteorology from the Community College of the Air Force. -
Previously served in the Air Force as a Weather Forecaster and Supervisor for 12 years. Was a Police Officer for three years.

In her free time, she loves spending time with her daughters, camping, and watching movies. Mother of two girls, a cat, and two dogs. Mount Pleasant resident.

Judie Nielsen
ADMINISTRATOR, GALAXY SOLUTIONS

Rehired in 2022 to resume working with our Galaxy portal. Bringing much appreciated historical knowledge on Racine and the Volunteer Center

Susan Guild
PROGRAM DIRECTOR, SKILL BANK & RSVP SENIORS

Susan manages our Skill Bank program and leads the way in developing the service to our community.
Susan is also a Skill Bank worker, and has two clients who she helps and loves dearly.
Susan is also Acting Program Director for the AmeriCorps RSVP Seniors program as of November 2024.Heading up toy drives and holiday parties for an underprivileged youth center (during college).

Susan Guild was originally from Brookville, PA, and spent many years in Ohio as well.
She moved to Racine in 2021 to be with her daughter and grandson.
She quickly fell in love with the area and decided to stay.
In her free time, Susan loves hiking, reading, and photography.

When Susan heard that the Skill Bank program itself needed help, she contacted Kelly and asked how she could be of assistance. Kelly saw her devotion and care for the Skill Bank program and offered her the position.
Isobel Cassidy
COORDINATOR, MY RIDE

Isobel is our new MyRIDE Coordinator.
She will be helping to answer phone calls and schedule rides for seniors who participate in the MyRIDE program.
Jenni is thrilled to have help as the program is expanding every day and it is reaching more and more seniors all the way out to Burlington and back.

She graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2022 with a bachelor’s in art after collaborating with a small team to create a short film.

She recently traveled to Wisconsin to be close to her family, including two beautiful baby nieces and three (oversized) dogs, and decided she would move permanently since the area has so much to offer.
She loves to stay creative through art, reading, and fiction writing.
